No doubt, the massive leak of confidential data involving 14,200 HIV patients in Singapore has left its victims reeling from the implications of having their information exposed.

In a surprising revelation made by the health minister in Parliament today, the victims are totally free to take the Ministry of Health (MOH) to court for the breach of data, Yahoo News Singapore reported. Read More
