HIV positive James Defalco of New Road in Brixham, Devon has been jailed again for breaching his court order. James Defalco , 57, formed an intimate sexual relationship with the woman, despite an order from the court designed to protect the public from his dangerous sexual behaviour. It is the latest in a long line of similar offences stretching back to 2005 when he became one of the first people in the country to recklessly transmit HIV. His victim was an 82-year-old woman. A few years later he began a sexual relationship with a 65-year-old and in South Devon and was jailed again.
