Man who knowingly infected gran, 82, with HIV jailed for breaching order

HIV positive James Defalco of New Road in Brixham, Devon has been jailed again for breaching his court order. See SWNS story A repeat sex offender with HIV is back behind bars for starting a relationship with a woman and not telling her about his illness. James Defalco , 57, formed an intimate sexual relationship with the woman, despite an order from the court designed to protect the public from his dangerous sexual behaviour. It is the latest in a long line of similar offences stretching back to 2005 when he became one of the first people in the country to recklessly transmit HIV. His victim was an 82-year-old woman. A few years later he began a sexual relationship with a 65-year-old and in South Devon and was jailed again.
