Late fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld gave up sex for 30 years following the tragic death of his longterm partner Jacques de Bascher.

The German designer was left heartbroken when his boyfriend of 18 years, Jacques de Bascher, died of complications from AIDS in 1989 at the age of 38.

Lagerfeld, who passed away today at the age of 85 , never had another relationship after the tragic loss of his partner. Read More
