An air-conditioned bus snaked its way out of hideous traffic in Ikeja and deposited its occupants in the heart of Lagos Mainland. The mission: to monitor and evaluate HIV activities in some treatment sites in the state. In no time, the ecstatic visitors were warmly welcomed into the ever-busy bowels of Agbomola Trado Clinic (ATC) in Ebute Meta, an old part of Lagos famous for its colonial-era buildings and Brazilian-style architecture.
