U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE) arrested a 39-year-old Nigerian national, Adetunji Frederick Olofinlade, on Saturday, July 12, 2025 convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) in Baltimore, Maryland.
Ice made this known in a statement on Sunday, July 13 2025.
“He has been issued a notice to appear and will remain in ICE custody,” the statement added.
