Do not keep it inside, do not be quiet! Sing of how He rescued you and set your feet on a rock. Praise Him for His goodness and mercies that follow you every day. Exalt Him in the morning for who He is acknowledging His omnipresence, omnipotence, and omniscience. Worship Him at noon for the great things that He has done. Look into your future in the evening and thank Him not only for what He is doing now, but also, for what He is about to do.
Express your praise physically: Lift your hands in absolute surrender as you sing His praises for, if you don’t, then it’s not yadah. The two go hand in hand. Also, offer towdah praise by lifting your hands in gratitude. Add to that barak praise: bend your knees or bow down in submission as you bless Him and remember all His benefits. You can raise that to Zamar praise by picking up and playing your musical instrument as you offer boisterous or shabach praise. Accompany that with dancing- alaz, karar, machowl-, and clapping-Taqa.
Remember, He inhabits our praises. Therefore, that lifestyle that expresses Yadah, Towdah, Shabach or Barak accompanied by Taqa, alaz and Zamar is what we must strive to achieve so He can take His rightful place.
How do you praise?

This reminds me of a song that says “praise looks good on you”. Let’s praise Him with everything we got 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank You for battles won without even my knowledge of them 🙏
