A HAIRDRESSER who set out to infect men with HIV has begged forgiveness for his “naive and reckless” behaviour.
Darryl Rowe, 27, who was diagnosed with the virus in 2015, would meet men on dating apps and enter relationships without disclosing his condition. He would have unprotected sex or tamper with condoms, in Edinburgh, Sussex and north-east England. Many of Rowe’s victims are now living with HIV. Read More
