By night the Plaza San Mart\u00edn becomes a magnet for nightclubbers and bag-snatchers, as well as a haunt for male sex workers and their clients.<\/p>\n<p>It is here just before midnight that 29-year-old Darwin Zerpa and other volunteers set up shop.
