{"id":74101,"date":"2025-04-04T21:36:28","date_gmt":"2025-04-04T21:36:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/positivelysharing.org\/blog\/?p=74101"},"modified":"2025-04-04T21:42:57","modified_gmt":"2025-04-04T21:42:57","slug":"man-arrested-for-defiling-daughter-infecting-her-with-hiv-in-delta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/positivelysharing.org\/blog\/2025\/04\/04\/man-arrested-for-defiling-daughter-infecting-her-with-hiv-in-delta\/","title":{"rendered":"Man arrested for defiling daughter, infecting her with HIV in Delta"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading Time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> < 1<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minute<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alexis.lindaikejisblog.com\/photos\/shares\/joe_1743792441.png\" alt=\"Man arrested for allegedly r3ping his 10-year-old daughter and infecting her with HIV in Delta\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Police in Otu-Jeremi Division, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, on Friday arrested a forty eight, 48-year old father identified as David, living with HIV AIDS for defiling his 10-year old daughter.<\/p>\n<p>The meedical examination conducted by the Police indicated constant penetration of the minor.<\/p>\n<p>It was gathered that the suspect had consistently slept with unsuspecting women in the community and had also allegedly infected his wife.<\/p>\n<p>Trouble started for Mr David when his wife noticed their daughter became sickly and emaciated.\u00a0She reportedly took the young child for medical examination where her HIV status was confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Upon interrogation, the child revealed that the father had been defiling her for sometime now.<\/p>\n<p>Reacting to the matter, a human rights activist, Israel Joe, urged the Delta State Police Command to ensure the Police isolate the suspect from society to prevent him from further spreading the disease to innocent persons. He also appealed to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Women Affairs to assist by ensuring the child gets the treatment she so badly needs.<\/p>\n<div class=\"heateorSssClear\"><\/div>\n<div
