Jury says Pensacola man who knowingly spread HIV is danger to community

An Escambia County jury has determined that a Pensacola man who knowingly spread HIV is a danger to the community, and judge will now decide the man’s sentence.

In February, Rasheem Ikey Bodiford, 26, entered a plea of no contest to three third-degree felony counts of communicating HIV to another. Each count carries a maximum sentence of up to five years of incarceration. Read More
